Holy Trout!

Joe and Lon came back with us from the reunion.  Since Lon and Jeremy have the same birthday it seemed like the perfect time for a visit.  And he caught the biggest most delicious trout, out of Big Creek.  Seriously this guy can catch anything it is really amazing!  What a fisherman.

Van Zee Invasion

We dragged some Van Zee's home with us from the reunion.  They stayed overnight on their way back to Washington and Canada.  We had so much fun riding the quads, unfortunately one of their children had a splinter in his foot and was completely freaking out.  I think a week with that many people and the chaos of the trip is enough to make anyone freak out!  I had tons of fun in Idaho, but I am glad to be back in Montana.

Picture Day

Picture Day in Kramerica.  Today we got together for all sorts of group photos.  If there was a configuration to be had we covered it!  Man that is a huge group photo.  I am sure glad I wasn't in charge of that!  I took care of all things Smits and the cousins.  Which ended up being one of my personal favorites!  It rained the rest of the afternoon and looked liked the whole day was going to be a bit of a wash out, but it cleared up enough for some water balloon volleyball.  Everyone young and old got in on the fun, and whoever wasn't in was watching!  That was another highlight of the reunion for me.  What a great time.

Happy Fourth of July!!!

What didn't we do today!  There was the Kramerica Olympics, which was hilarious!  I saw lots of cheating going on…Kramers … hurumph!  Sparklers, canoe rides, and a costume contest!  Which Sadie won!  She rocks the red, white and blue with style!  The kids loved the rockets with the little parachutes in them, and the sparklers were a huge hit!  I loved doing the Kramerica sparkler shot (Molly took the picture!) I even got to be the K.  It was the total highlight of my day!

Float Trip

The reunion planners saved today as a day to explore the area.  Our family and the Veenstra's decided to take a float trip on our "day off."  There were lots of laughs, especially since it was a pretty cold day and the water was chili.  But we didn't loose anyone, so success!

Family

Today we had softball, and Rook tournaments man this is a completive bunch!  I missed some of the festivities due to my kitchen duty today.  I had to cook like a million pounds of bacon.  The girls are having a good time meeting cousins and relatives they didn't even know existed.  Hooray Kramerica!

Family Reunion

We are spending the next week with the Kramer family for their big reunion.  I believe there are 82 people here.  I am so glad we brought the trailer!  I am just meeting most of these people for the first time and although every one is nice and friendly so far.  It doesn't mean I feel the need to sleep in the same bed with them.  We are also getting to meet Jeron for the first time.  (Jer's sister's, Carrie's, youngest son).  So far so good.
